Shipping Policy
- We ship exclusively with the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once an order is placed, we will ship it out within 1-3 business days. As soon as the product ships, we will also send you a tracking number.
- PauGlam is not responsible for any orders lost in transit. If your package is lost, please contact your nearest USPS post office and provide them with the tracking number that was sent to you once your order was shipped. Please note this becomes a matter between the customer and USPS.
- We can not replace your package because it was lost or stolen. A lost or stolen package is a very rare event, but it can happen. It is a risk we take when ordering online.
- If you would like to request a SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. Please include it in the notes of your order and we will invoice you the small fee so you can ensure your package gets delivered safely to you.
“Free Shipping” Offer Exclusions

Exclusions apply to the free shipping offer for purchases of $99 or more. This offer only applies to shipments within the contiguous United States, and only applies to orders that weigh 5 pounds or less.
Returns/Exchanges
- To return your product, you should send an email to pauglamonline@gmail.com and we will send you return instructions.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
